Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all applicable U.S. orders over $100.00 and $6.00 standard ground shipping on U.S. orders under $100.00.
Expedited services are available for purchase at checkout. Please review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Instant Beauty Cosmetics shipment.
- PO Box customers – Please choose standard shipping at checkout via USPS and include your PO Box address in your shipping information. Otherwise, please choose upgraded shipping and provide your physical address for delivery.
- Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are subject to product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier. Please contact ibcosmeticsusa@gmail.com within 10 days of your shipment’s original delivery date for assistance.
- Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order, as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
- We cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted, and we cannot cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.
Processing Timeline:
We process and ship orders during business days, Monday through Friday. No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.
- We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.00 via the United States Postal Service and process these orders within 1-5 days of receipt.
- All orders received after 12 PM EASTERN time will depart the following business day. Expedited orders placed after 12 PM EASTERN on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Expedited deliveries are made on business days only, Monday through Friday, per carrier policies.
Delivery Timelines:
- Order Processing (1-3 business days) – Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.
- Shipping (2-5 business days) – Your shipment will depart within 2-5 business days of receipt.
International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer international shipping through Passport Shipping to many countries as listed at checkout.
- Currently, we are unable to deliver outside of the United States, but we’re working to make this option available soon.
- Customers will be required to pay all applicable duties, taxes, and shipping costs at checkout. Please note that all prices are in U.S. dollars.
- You can track your order through your shipping confirmation email.
